last week my chinese friend text me, she said she came across my video on YouTube and she will be inviting me her to her city to cook same for her.
it came on a short notice to ordered a basmatic rice, so I tried making jollof rice with their local rice. it came out bad but as as bad as I think. it was sticky but the taste was great
